Hi, I'm Amy Hurley, a Mindfulness Coach and the founder of Busy Little Minds. As a mum who has personally struggled with anxiety, I understand how challenging it can be for children, tweens, and teens to manage stress, emotions, and the pressures of today's world. That's why I first created Busy Little Minds, this company and the name of our signature programme for younger children and then quickly realised the overwhelming need for Busy Young Minds - built for tweens and teens.

Through these programmes, I provide young people with practical tools to manage their emotions, improve focus, and build resilience. Mindfulness has never been more essential, helping children, tweens, and teens stay calm, focused, and grounded despite the noise of their busy lives.

I believe that by teaching mindfulness early, we can help children and young people grow into happy, healthy, and well-balanced individuals, ready to embrace life's challenges with confidence and joy.
